Terms and Conditions

At least 24 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule a session.

No refunds will be given for any missed sessions.

A session is forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, after which no refund will be given.

30 minutes is the allocated time for each session slot. It is important that you show up on time i.e if you are 5 minutes late, you will only have 25 minutes left of your session slot.

Only 1 item i.e a video or audio recording may be submitted for feedback after the session has finished. Material must be submitted within 7 days after the session in order to receive feedback.
